Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 weekend staff members during peak hours
- Oversee daily store operations and inventory management

Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun 6am-10pm)

- Valid Virginia driver's license (if required for logistics)
