Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and feedback to enhance performance.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization of the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Manage cash registers and handle point-of-sale transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including security checks and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with management to implement weekend promotions and drive sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or retail role is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation to the Colorado Springs location.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
