Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during the weekend shift to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a positive work culture.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to restock supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards across the facility.
- Prepare daily shift reports and submit them to the Regional Manager by Monday morning.
- Train new hires on weekend-specific procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role.
- Proven ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
