Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all warehouse activities during weekend shifts to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback to drive performance.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations immediately to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and review daily shift reports, including productivity metrics and incident logs.
- Foster a positive team culture and ensure high employee morale during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
