Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to guidelines.
- Inspect and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy, adhering to safety regulations.
- Perform basic quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
