Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure store standards are met
- Manage team of 5-8 associates, including scheduling and task delegation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and promotional displays
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Train new associates on company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
