Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor part-time associates on customer service protocols and sales techniques
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash handling audits
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
