Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-10 weekend staff across sales floor and inventory sections
- Execute weekend sales promotions and visual merchandising plans
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service standards
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and store audits
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and loss prevention
- Train new weekend associates on systems and protocols
- Submit weekly performance reports to regional manager
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience
- Available exclusively weekends (Sat-Sun, 8am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid driver's license for multi-location travel
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Spanish fluency preferred for Texas locations
