Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend team schedules and assign daily tasks
- Monitor operational efficiency and ensure safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
- Train new associates on company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment activities
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
