Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend shift operations and team performance
- Train and mentor new weekend associates on processes and customer service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Execute opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
- Submit accurate daily performance reports to management
- Maintain compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for inventory runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
