- Manage 10-15 staff members during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate inventory and supply management
- Train new weekend staff on protocols

- Collaborate with weekday management teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Proficient in POS systems
