Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Train and mentor 3-5 weekend team members on sales techniques
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock replenishment protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies
- Submit end-of-shift reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory background
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid Minnesota driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
