Responsibilities
- Lead weekend staff operations including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Oversee daily inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Implement health and safety protocols with strict compliance
- Prepare detailed shift reports and financial reconciliation
- Mentor team members to develop their hospitality skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend operations
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service expertise
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- Basic financial reconciliation knowledge
- Valid Nebraska food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
