Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Implement loss prevention protocols and ensure store security compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize weekend revenue
- Train new staff on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless store transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., POS systems)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
