Responsibilities
- Manage weekend team operations during peak retail hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Maintain store safety and compliance protocols
- Process daily transactions and reports
- Coordinate with weekday management team
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Flexibility to cover additional weekend shifts as needed
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid Florida driver's license (for site visits)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
