Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 staff members during peak weekend shifts
- Ensure seamless guest experiences across dining and entertainment venues
- Handle inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with professionalism
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Train new weekend staff on service excellence
- Analyze shift performance metrics and implement improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality/supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Background check required
