Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members during peak weekend hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service escalations promptly
- Monitor inventory and operational compliance across departments
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for incident prevention
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Implement promotional strategies during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or entertainment
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Nevada gaming card (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
