Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend retail operations and staff performance
- Execute inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Train and mentor weekend staff on store procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash management and POS system operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Michigan driver's license (required for store transfers)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible schedule for last-minute shift coverage
