Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage weekend staffing schedules and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse environment
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
