Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 weekend staff during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all service areas
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment for weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Coordinate with opening/closing crews for seamless shift transitions
- Maintain safety compliance and venue cleanliness protocols
- Train new weekend staff on service standards and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work ALL weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Valid Michigan food handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shifts
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability for event-based overtime
- Must pass background check and drug screening
