- Execute store opening/closing procedures and daily operational checks

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or team lead experience
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM shifts)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts with moderate lifting (25 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
