Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift teams of 8-12 warehouse associates
- Oversee daily operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed documentation
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia metro logistics routes
