Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-10 weekend warehouse staff during daily operations
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance coaching
- Resolve operational issues promptly using data-driven decisions
- Complete shift reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
