Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend retail operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans and promotional campaigns for weekend foot traffic
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues with immediate, professional solutions
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors to ensure operational continuity
- Submit daily performance reports and inventory counts via mobile app
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-traffic periods (weekends/holidays)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- Proficient in inventory management systems and POS technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
