Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations to ensure service excellence and safety compliance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if applicable to role duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
