- Supervise 8-12 weekend staff across production and logistics departments

- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations

Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- OSHA or industry-specific safety certifications preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
