Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, and packing operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure all warehouse areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
