Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across 3 fulfillment centers
- Supplement 15-person shift team during peak weekend volumes
- Implement real-time inventory tracking using proprietary software
- Resolve operational escalations within SLA timeframes
- Generate weekend performance reports for executive review
- Train weekend staff on updated safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years in logistics or operations management
- Weekend shift availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Valid DC driver's license required
- Experience leading teams of 10+ personnel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
