Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records through regular cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and colleagues to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and managing inventory.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Work Ethic: A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic team setting.
