Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, seal, and label products for shipment according to safety standards and customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by training.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs regarding shipments and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, specifically on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Equipment: Willingness to undergo forklift certification if required.
