Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Assist with inventory organization, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse management software.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to be trained.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis or Illinois facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
