Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Freight: Manage inbound and outbound shipments with speed and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- License: Valid driver's license required.
