Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets and KPIs
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity and accuracy
- Conduct safety audits and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Generate weekend performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership
- Train weekend staff on operational procedures and equipment usage
- Resolve operational escalations and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, warehouse management, or operations leadership
- Proven ability to manage weekend shifts and high-volume workflows
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make decisive decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends with occasional overtime
