Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process transactions and handle returns or exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Answer phone inquiries and route messages to appropriate departments.
- Support team members during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no prior experience necessary).
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte, NC location.
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as required.
