Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and inventory verification.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products are labeled, sorted, and prepared for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte, NC facility.
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to participate in a background check and drug screening.
