Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a smile and professionalism.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including handling payments and returns.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down promotional displays and weekend events.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
