Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate departments or services.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure a safe working environment.
- Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming phone calls and walk-ins, answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Help with basic stock checks, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory to ensure product availability.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, file organization, and other light clerical duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with weekend staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Security & Access: Monitor access points and ensure compliance with safety protocols during your shift.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (flexible start/end times).
- No Experience Needed: We provide full training; prior customer service or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using computers and basic software applications.
