Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate client care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Assist with daily living activities and health monitoring
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Respond to client needs and emergencies following protocol
- Support community outreach programs on weekends
- Adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA/PCA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or social services
- Flexibility to work weekends (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Passion for serving diverse San Diego communities
