Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package orders in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading of shipments
- Participate in weekly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
