Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team lead to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must have a valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
