Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all inventory.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory to maintain accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize handheld scanners and operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as trained.
- Safety Maintenance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
