Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
