Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization during downtime.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order priorities and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
