Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory cycles and stock replenishment in our 50,000 sq ft facility
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error precision using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain OSHA-compliant workplace safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic proficiency with warehouse technology systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work weekends with weekday availability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
