Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing detailed quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize merchandise on shelves and in the warehouse to maintain optimal workflow.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders and coordinate with the shipping department.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
