Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and delivery targets.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, documented, and prepared for timely dispatch.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is a strong plus.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
