Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using automated systems and manual techniques
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and digital systems
- Inspect products for quality and compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with unloading incoming shipments and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park Dr location
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
