Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (rotating shifts).
