Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping using warehouse management software.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse floor to optimize workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counts and package sorting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot discrepancies in stock and order details.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
