Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory logs
- Support warehouse cleanliness and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid CA driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Bay Drive location
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Must pass background check and drug screening
